Villa Aqua: A Luxury 6-Bedroom Beachfront Villa

Villa Aqua, also known as AQA, is a modern 6-bedroom villa located in Grand Cul de Sac within steps of the beach and a short walk from restaurants. Enjoy panoramic bay views from this fully air-conditioned villa, which can be opened or closed to take in ocean breezes.

Inside, the oversized living room features an entertainment center and comfortable seating, while a dining area sits between the living room and a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, suitable for hosting large parties. A second, connected preparation kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator and wine cooler.

All bedrooms and the living room come with Apple and U.S. satellite TV and Sonos sound systems. Two separate staircases lead to the two master suites on the upper floor, each with a king-size bed, dressing area, private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub.

The 4 spacious guest rooms are located on the main floor, with each bedroom having a European king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms have ocean views, while the other 2 bedrooms are on the garden side of the house.

Outside, a deck with a large outdoor dining table surrounds the lap pool and several loungers in the sun and day beds in the shade are spread out on the wide deck, which enjoys views of the bay. Access to the hotel buffet breakfast is not included, however continental breakfast daily at the villa is included.

Villa Aqua, or AQA, comes with house cleaning services seven days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Festive Rates include: a full-time Chef, 2 rental cars per villa (Mini Cooper, Jeep Wrangler or similar upon availability), as well as one 50-minutes Signature massage at Le Spa for each guest once during the stay.
